Terms of service

These terms govern your use of totsigaradiko.com.cy and any purchase you make from To Tsigaradiko. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.

Age requirement. Our products are intended for adult smokers and vapers aged 18 or over. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18. We may ask for proof of age on delivery or in store and can refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Products & pricing. We try to describe and price every product accurately. Prices are in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Availability and prices may change without notice, and we may correct obvious errors even after an order is placed — if we do, we’ll contact you and you can confirm or cancel.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, payment is not authorised, or age cannot be confirmed.

Payment. Card payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout by our payment provider, Viva. We do not store your full card details.

Delivery & returns. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Liability. Nicotine is addictive. Use products as directed and keep them away from children and pets. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
